What will you do?

As a member of our Center of Excellence, you help us build amazing funnels and create unique campaigns.
- As the main person responsible for implementing KPIs, you continuously optimize working methods, analyze performance, accurately calculate budgets, and prepare reports.
- As the owner of the entire channel mix (all digital channels and connections with offline channels), you capture and convert target audiences at the right time, via the right channel, and with the right message. You develop visions and strategies regarding SEO, SEA, job boards, and social media. Thanks to your knowledge of channel trends and recruitment techniques, we are always one step ahead.
- To convert our leads in the best possible way, you own our website, our conversion platform. You handle the connection with other systems, landing page construction, site development, and reporting. With our Senior Content Marketer, you discuss content optimization and publication.

You will work closely with the online marketing manager, who will guide you daily and give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge, behavior, and results. You will also spend time developing and maintaining your knowledge of our markets, audiences, and offerings.

THE INTERNET SCENE

Being an intern at niponi definitely does not mean making coffee and doing photocopies. No, it’s full-on! Are you looking for a third-year internship or a final-year internship? You’re in luck. Our beautiful facilities have a vacancy for an online marketing internship.

You will actively create and optimize social media campaigns. You will have a wide range of responsibilities: writing, community management, analysis, advertising, and social research. But no pressure... A fitness center, Nintendo, table tennis, and billiards will keep you entertained.

What is our goal? To make you feel at home, work on the coolest campaigns, and finally teach you how to successfully use online channels. To do this, we ask that you have experience using online platforms and advertising, as well as analytical knowledge.

SECRETARY

As a secretary, do you contribute significantly to the smooth running of administration? And do you enjoy the challenge of making sure things run as smoothly as possible, like a spider in a web? WEB DEVELOPER

They think in code, they write code, they almost eat code. That’s why we need you as our new web developer!

Every day, you know how to transform numbers, letters, and characters into user-friendly websites and web tools. As a web developer, you will be responsible for a large part of the user experience on these channels. You will work on many different projects where you will have an impact.

We are looking for a web developer who surprises us with innovative ideas and thinks with us about new web concepts. We ask you to give us a good foundation, but together we will make you even better at your work. Within a team made up of our creative director, content marketing specialists, designers, and other web developers, you will contribute to the development of the most innovative company in the Greece region.

You can program in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (jQuery and
